Declaración acerca de la seguridad de la vacuna contra el VPH

En mayo de 2016: AutismOne auspició el primer Simposio Internacional sobre la seguridad de la vacuna contra el VPH en Chicago, Illinois. Tal vez por primera vez en la historia, gente de todo el mundo se reunió para discutir sus experiencias con un solo tipo de vacuna. Múltiples presentaciones dejaron muy claro para todos que las vacunas contra el VPH encarnan un amplio espectro de problemas comunes a otras vacunas, lo que ilustra gráficamente todo lo que podría salir mal con un programa de vacunación o con una vacuna.
El Simposio de Chicago reunió a defensores de la seguridad de las vacunas, a sobrevivientes de la vacuna contra el VPH, a médicos, científicos y profesionales del ámbito jurídico de 3 continentes para aprender acerca de la controversia mundial acerca las vacunas contra el VPH. Al final del Simposio, se llegó a varias conclusiones. La primera fue que las vacunas contra el VPH se han convertido en un problema global, principalmente debido a que cada país ha estado bajo la impresión de que son los únicos que sufren las secuelas de los programas nacionales de inmunización contra el VPH. Lo segundo fue el consenso general de que el impulso mundial que se le ha dado a la aplicación de la vacuna contra el VPH ha creado una crisis internacional de proporciones épicas sin ningún tipo adecuado de recursos para responder a la misma. En tercer lugar, se concluyó que solo una respuesta global sería suficiente para resolver los problemas. En cuarto lugar, se constató que había suficiente experiencia fácilmente disponible para organizar y coordinar equipos de acción globales para ayudar a cualquier país en sus esfuerzos por resolver esta problemática.
La Coalición Global por la Salud se organizó con la esperanza de facilitar las discusiones científicas internacionales en materia de seguridad de las vacunas contra el VPH, su eficacia y necesidad; alentar a los equipos médicos interdisciplinarios para trabajar hacia el desarrollo de protocolos de tratamiento eficaces para las personas que sufren nuevas afecciones médicas tras la administración de la vacuna contra el VPH; fomentar los estudios científicos para determinar quién está a mayor riesgo de tener reacciones adversas frente las vacunas contra el VPH y por qué; y apoyar los esfuerzos para que los encargados de las políticas de salud pública sean responsables por sus decisiones.

La Coalición Global por la Salud cree que los seres humanos tienen el derecho inalienable a utilizar cualquier intervención de salud científicamente probada que sea segura, alcanzable, necesaria y eficaz que esté disponible. La coalición cree que los seres humanos tienen un derecho absoluto a ejercer el consentimiento libre e informado antes de cualquier intervención médica.
Su objetivo es la creación y mantenimiento de una red global dedicada a la preservación, mejoramiento y defensa de la capacidad de cada ser humano para ejercer estos derechos fundamentales.
El objetivo final de la Coalición Global por la Salud es establecer una red multidisciplinaria internacional de individuos y grupos capaces de responder con rapidez y eficacia cada vez que un paradigma médico que no no sea seguro, alcanzable, necesario y eficaz se convierta en un problema en cualquier parte del mundo.

La Declaración de Chicago: Seguridad de la vacuna contra el HPV
Casualmente, durante la misma semana del Simposio de AutismOne, el prestigioso Centro Cochrane Nórdico publicó una carta formal de queja a la EMA (Agencia Europea del Medicamento), aquí pueden leer la queja en español: http://www.nogracias.eu/2016/06/23/critica-de-la-iniciativa-cochrane-al-informe-de-la-ema-sobre-la-vacuna-del-papiloma-ni-cientifico-ni-transparente-ni-independiente/. La cual cuestionaba la metodología utilizada en la reciente evaluación de seguridad de la EMA de las vacunas contra el VPH.
Después de haber leído la conclusión de la EMA sobre la seguridad de la vacuna contra el VPH y la carta de queja del Centro Cochrane Nórdico, los fundadores de la Coalición Global por la Salud decidieron por unanimidad emitir la Declaración de Chicago: Seguridad de la vacuna contra el VPH, como un documento avalado internacionalmente que apoya los esfuerzos del Centro Cochrane Nórdico para que la Agencia Europea del Medicamento, y todas las demás autoridades de salud estén a la par con los estándares científicos más altos posibles. El documento dice lo siguiente:

El 27 de mayo de 2016, representantes de varios países se reunieron en Chicago, Illinois, EE. UU., durante el Primer Simposio Internacional sobre la seguridad de la vacuna contra el virus del papiloma humano (VPH). Estos representantes observaron un patrón alarmante de lesiones1 después de la administración de la vacuna contra el VPH en todos los países en los que se ha distribuido. Hemos observado evidencia flagrante de conflictos de interés entre los reguladores del gobierno y la colusión inadecuada entre los reguladores del gobierno y la industria farmacéutica/de vacunas en todos los países donde se han utilizado vacunas contra el VPH. El patrón global se manifiesta en la supresión de información que implique que las vacunas contra el VPH causan un daño potencial, incluida la supresión de los esfuerzos de los investigadores médicos para investigar los eventos adversos.
La negación a nivel mundial de los daños de la vacuna contra el VPH y el patrón subsecuente de fallas regulatorias han obstaculizado los esfuerzos para diagnosticar y tratar a las personas lesionadas por la vacuna, lo que aumenta exponencialmente el daño que causa a los niños y adultos.
Estas situaciones se ven agravadas porque las vacunas son los únicos productos médicos que en la actualidad:
• No tiene que probar su eficacia como condición para que se autorice su venta.
• Su seguridad se prueba no en contra de un placebo con una solución salina inerte, sino contra otras vacunas o adyuvantes de vacunas por lo que es imposible evaluar con precisión su seguridad.
• Los fabricantes de vacunas en muchos países gozan de protección de cualquier responsabilidad, aunque sea por defectos de diseño o fabricación.
En consecuencia, los eventos internacionales mencionadas anteriormente requieren una respuesta global de todas aquellas personas que estén preocupados por la seguridad de las vacunas contra el VPH.
El 26 de mayo el año 2016 el Centro Cochrane Nórdico emitió una queja a la Agencia Europea de Medicamentos (EMA) sobre la mala administración de la EMA. La queja del Centro Cochrane confirma las observaciones presentadas por una multitud de grupos sobre la seguridad de las vacunas contra el VPH. Las personas que asistieron al Primer Simposio Internacional sobre la seguridad de las vacunas contra el VPH y otras personas en todo el mundo están completamente de acuerdo y apoyan las investigaciones de los diez temas críticos planteados en la queja del Centro Cochrane. Sin embargo, ponemos en duda la capacidad de cualquier organismo para investigar sus propias acciones de manera objetiva y/o proponer soluciones significativas a los problemas descubiertos.
Por lo tanto, la Coalición Global por unos Paradigmas médicos SANOS pide a los funcionarios elegidos de cada nación que protejan la salud pública y la seguridad mediante el establecimiento de lo siguiente:
• Comités independientes para investigar los argumentos presentados por el Centro Cochrane Nórdico en su carta de queja a EMA. Cualquier actividad ilícita descubierta debe ser enfrentada de inmediato y en la mayor medida que permita la ley.
• Equipos médicos integrados por personas sin vínculos con la industria farmacéutica para examinar todos los eventos adversos reportados después de la administración de la vacuna contra el VPH. Estos equipos deben ser responsables de determinar si la vacunas contra el VPH están asociadas o no causalmente con los eventos adversos y si es así, qué personas son más susceptibles a las reacciones adversas y por qué. También deben ser responsables de organizar equipos interdisciplinarios para establecer protocolos de tratamiento eficaces para las personas afectadas.
• Grupos de trabajo completamente independientes de la influencia farmacéutica, para examinar las actuales políticas nacionales de salud para determinar qué cambios deben ser implementados para prevenir que este tipo de desastre de salud pública vuelva a ocurrir en el futuro.
La Coalición Global por unos Paradigmas médicos SANOS, las organizaciones y personas abajo firmantes creen que la primera prioridad de cualquier gobierno es proteger la salud y seguridad de sus ciudadanos. Si los organismos de salud patrocinados por sus respectivos gobiernos para manejar esta tarea no pueden manejar sus responsabilidades, los funcionarios elegidos deben intervenir y remediar la situación.
No hay mayor empeño que proteger a los niños y a los adultos jóvenes de un daño innecesario debido a cualquier intervención médica.
